Frequently Asked Questions

3 wheel prams and strollers have more responsive steering as only one wheel is swivelling, whereas 4 wheels has 2 swivelling wheels. This only matters typically at high speeds which is why all jogging strollers are three wheels. In offroad situations, 4 wheels is better to maintain stability on non-level surfaces.

The amount of wheels is not important but the size is. Full sized prams and strollers will likely need to be checked in as baggage (which we don't recommend as this can lead to damage which is not covered under warranty) but compact strollers and prams are often designed to be small enough for carry on. As airlines differ, always check with your particular airline as to whether your travel pram or stroller is permitted on board.

The best travel option depends on how you're using it, where you're going to take it and your budget. If needing for air travel, a compact fold size to meet carry on requirement is essential. If you’re needing it for car travel and general use, you may want to maintain many of the features your full sized pram or stroller has to offer.
