Delivery Terms & Conditions

General Terms

  • Risk and title of Goods pass onto you when Goods have been delivered at the delivery address provided in your order.
  • Make sure to verify your delivery address before placing your order, as redirection is not possible once the Goods have been dispatched.
  • Baby Bunting aims to dispatch Goods within 24 to 48 business hours, though this may vary. A confirmation of dispatch will be emailed to you once your Goods are on their way.
  • Delivery time frames are estimated and may vary, especially for big and heavy items which may take longer to arrive. 
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, store or stock outages, unavailable delivery timeslots and employee, courier or driver availability may impact the dispatch and delivery of your Goods.
  • During high-demand periods (e.g. Easter, Black Friday/Cyber, Christmas, Boxing Day and other public holidays and key promotion periods), there may be delays in dispatch and delivery.
  • Delivery is not available to PO Boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers, farms, or cattle stations.
  • Couriers or drivers will not place Goods inside your address. You might need to arrange for someone to help you move items, especially bulky ones. Be aware of any building or community rules that may affect delivery and if there are any restrictions, the courier or driver will be guided by any building management policies in place at the delivery address you have nominated.
  • Free delivery does not apply to big or heavy items (e.g., cots, nursery chairs, drawers), gift cards, hire services, same day or scheduled delivery services, remote areas and items sold by marketplace sellers.
  • If your premises are unattended and there is no safe place for delivery, the courier may return the Goods to their depot, a local post office, or a Baby Bunting store. Delivery updates will be sent via email or SMS. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

Additional Terms for Same Day and Scheduled Delivery

  • Same Day Delivery and Scheduled Delivery only apply to eligible orders for customers located within a 15km radius of a participating Baby Bunting store. 
  • For Same Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 12pm and for Scheduled Same Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 1.45pm. Orders placed after these cut-off times may have the option for delivery the next day.
  • There is a minimum spend of $10 (after applying any Baby Bunting Family rewards or coupons) and the maximum deliverable cart value is $2000.
  • Same Day and Scheduled delivery services exclude items sold by marketplace sellers, ‘online only’ items, gift cards, big and heavy items that cannot fit into a standard vehicle (e.g. a cot) and orders that are over 20 kg or have a combined volume of 2m³.
  • ATL (Authority to Leave) is automatically applied to safe drop Goods at your doorstep for orders under $250 that use a Same Day or Scheduled Delivery Service. If your delivery address is a commercial business or the order is $250 and above, Authority to Leave does not apply. In this case, you may need to provide a PIN (sent to you in an SMS or email) to the driver as the Goods cannot be left at the front door. 
  • The Scheduled Delivery windows will depend on store opening hours and employee availability. As a result, the delivery options you see at checkout may change from time to time.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic conditions and other factors outside of the delivery driver's control.
