Save the sales receipt in a safe place and make a copy of it.</p> <p>Warranty will void in the following circumstances:</p> <p>If you have made or arranged for unauthorised modifications or repairs to be made to the product</p> <p>Defects resulting from neglect or an accident and/or from any use or maintenance other than that indicated in the user guide, including improper storage and product care.</p> <p>Any damage to the product caused by normal regular wear and tear, including damage to push bars or upholstery due to normal daily use of the product and holes or tears in the tires.</p> <p>Any transport damage. Tip: always carefully inspect your Leclerc Baby stroller carefully after it was shipped by an airline (or other carriers) and in case of any damage immediately file a claim with the carrier.</p> <p>Customer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of design, weight, functionality or color</p>

You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Action to remedy the problem may include instructions on proper use. You may be required to supply the goods for inspection or provide pictures or videos of the defect so an assessment can be made.

Please be aware that your parts are selected based on the information provided to us by you, in your order. InfaSecure takes no responsibility if the parts are incorrect, unless the part sent is not what was ordered on your invoice.
In the unlikely event that we have picked and shipped the incorrect part, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for the correct part to be sent out and provide you with a reply paid address to return the incorrect part to us.
If your ordered part;

You can send your part back, at your own cost, for a refund. Please notify Baby Bunting Customer Service Team of your decision to return your parts, so that we can provide you with a reference number for their return.
Your refund will not be approved unless we are notified within 14 days of your invoice date and your parts are returned within 2 weeks of a reference number being provided.
Your refund will only be approved if the part has not been used, is undamaged and in original condition. Parts do not have to be returned in their original packaging, as we understand that some parts may be opened before realising that they are incorrect.
Refunds do not include the original postage fee and will be less a 20% restocking /administration fee off the part cost. The refund will be completed within 5 working days of the part arriving back at InfaSecure. A confirmation of the completed refund will be emailed to you upon processing.
