Defect & How to Check: The raindrops on the cloud toy included with the activity gym can detach from the ribbon.

Hazard: Posing a choking hazard if a child places the cloud toy in their mouth.

Action Required: Consumers should immediately take the recalled raindrop toy component away from children and remove the raindrops by cutting them off. Once the raindrops are removed, throw the raindrops in the garbage. This recall involves only cutting away the raindrops from the cloud toy. Consumers may submit a photo of the raindrop toy component with raindrops removed to Bloom & Grow, official Distributor of Skip Hop in Australia for a $15 Gift Voucher to redeem on www.storknest.com.au

Defect: Consumers who own both the Stokke Steps Chair and the Stokke Steps Bouncer may find in some circumstances that the Bouncer does not attach properly to the chair even though the locking indicator turns green.

Defect: When re-assembling the Newborn Set harness after washing, there is a risk that consumers can assemble the harness incorrectly. This may lead to one or more harness attachment points detaching.

Hazard: If the defect occurs, while the child is seated in the harness, they could fall and be injured.

Action Required: Consumers should immediately stop using the Tripp Trapp Newborn Set and go to reclamations.stokke.com/newbornupgrade to verify whether their product is affected. If the Newborn Set is verified as affected, consumers should continue their registration to receive instructions on how to get their product repaired.

Defect

Due to a manufacturing fault in one batch, the spring ball inside the playpen that locks the moulded plastic corners into place may become loose.

Hazard

If the spring ball becomes loose, it could pose a choking hazard to babies and young children.

Consumers should inspect the product to see if a spring ball is loose and if so, stop using the product immediately and return the product to Baby Bunting for a full refund.

Troll LUKAS mattress base missing warnings labels - sold by Baby Bunting August 2017 - May 2018

Defect

Missing warning labels. Cots manufactured on the 30/5/2017 do not comply with Consumer Protection Notice No6 of 2005 for labelling requirements. Compliance stickers with mandatory consumer warnings were not placed on the top of the surface of the mattress base.

Hazard

Injury risk if the incorrect mattress is used, or the base is not adjusted to the correct position.

Action Required

If you purchased a Troll Lukas cot after August 2017 from a Baby Bunting store, check the top surface of your mattress base, and if the warning stickers are absent, contact Danish by Design Pty Ltd to receive a new sticker and instructions on fixing it to your cot base.

Defect

Some Troll mattresses to suit Nicole, Sun and Lukas cots maybe undersized. Only undersized mattresses are recalled. Undersized mattresses that result in a gap greater than 4cm between the cot and the mattress do not comply with the mandatory standard ' Consumer Protection Notice No.6 of 2005 Consumer Product Safety Standard: Children's Household Cots'.

Hazard

Gaps between the mattress and cot that are greater than 4cm can cause a risk of entrapment.

Action Required

To see if your mattress is undersized, follow the instructions available at https://www.danishbydesign.com.au/product-information/troll-furniture/. Only undersized mattresses are recalled. Undersized mattresses will be replaced by a correctly sized mattress.
