Jengo Strand Pram & Bassinet Moon

I’ve had this pram for 1 year and 7 months, just shy of the two year warranty and the pram’s breaks went. Baby Bunting Casula were beyond helpful. They had me bring the pram in and swapped it on the spot. Carmela was extremely understanding and was able to sort the exchange for me quickly and without any problem. I really like this pram for how solid it has been for our daily walk along different terrain, it handles well. It’s also great because it already comes with the attachments for the second seat for a growing family. I also chose this pram over others for the price point, the huge under carriage storage which has been awesome for grocery shops, the solid frame and big wheels, and everything that is included (like the rain cover, second seat attachments, bassinet). It is big to pack in the car, takes some strength to fold, and is on the heavier side, however I definitely prefer all of this if it means it is solid and can last two kids, and it has. Very happy with this pram overall.

DO NOT BY THIS PRAM !! I’m just out of my 2 year warranty and the safety bar snapped and now the Metal bit is stuck in the seat and we can not get it out . They will not replace the seat as I have seen this happened to other customers who have brought the same pram. A big safety concern Not only that but the left Front wheel lock is always on and is so hard to get off and the pram make so much noise sounds like it will fall apart . So disappointed should’ve bought the Upper Vista .

We have been using this pram for 6 months and have had the frame replaced twice as the brakes have failed both times, very dangerous and should be all recalled and replaced before a child is injured or killed

Not a bad pram, functional and light. However it’s only 1 1/2 years old and the brake failed on the left wheel. I took it back to baby bunting Campbelltown who said they will contact me with a decision on a fix. They never got back to me. Yes it’s out of warranty but only just. This product has wasted my money as it is now not safe. I don’t recommend this brand or product.

My baby is now 7 months & we've had a lot of use from this pram. It's been great. Very easy to put together. There are a couple things that annoy me about it. The caddy they give you only Velcro's on & isn't tight enough so constantly falls down the bars. I might try sewing it on tighter. The black extension hood falls down to, there is no water.to keep it up if the have the top up. Im going to try ad a piece of Velcro so I can keep it up when I dpktwant to use it, so I can see my baby.

Extremely disappointing. The only time it’s smooth is inside a shopping centre. This pram feels every crack in the pavement and doesn’t handle them well, I absolutely hated using this pram anywhere but a shopping centre. And don’t get me started if you need to push it off a paved area, horrible. I have since updated to a Bugaboo and the difference is unreal. In the jengo, if I hit a crack in the pavement my daughter bounces around like crazy. For how much this costs it’s a joke, spend your money elsewhere as it’s not worth it.

My daughter is only 3 an a half months old and ive replaces the frame 2 times wnded up getting a refund. Wheels lock in an arw dodgy

Great double pram nice and light easy to setup and down.

7 months in and I still love this pram. Smooth the push, easy to manoeuvre, baby is secure & comfortable. For a mid-range product I couldn’t ask for more.

Di not recommend for price. Also dealing with baby bunting is awful and this pram has no warranty. Mine was faulty and they refuse to replace or refund. Very unsafe pram for baby.

Don’t buy this pram. I have contacted BB several times about the wobbly wheels and they said I need to lubricate them it happens again soon after I do this. My baby is also 16 months old and has already outgrown the seat. The adjustable straps are very hard to adjust. Not worth the money.

This pram is so disappointing. The thought of having to use it made me irritated. I end up just carrying my 4 month old or putting him into my Ergobaby carrier. I contacted BB numerous times about my prams wobbly back wheels. I did receive a new frame, however, after only an hour of using this pram, the same problem occurred… Wobbly back wheels!!! This pram isn’t smooth to push so I can only imagine how rough the ride is for my baby. Definitely not a reliable pram and I definitely regret purchasing it!

Don’t buy jengo it’s a baby bunting brand I’ve spent over $4000 at this store and over $800 for this pram to go to change the pram liner and notice the safety strap wasn’t attached to the pram just a warning to any one about purchasing one of their products make sure to check could of been fatal if my baby leaned forward and fell out after contacting them they reordered a new seat took weeks to come in … the seat arrived today and I went in to get it the lady stripped the whole new seat the lest they could do is let me have the new liner that come with the seat for the inconvenience as last few weeks I haven’t been able to safely use my pram The lady simply ignored me and continued to strip the new seat her exclamation was we will use this as spare parts extremely concerning!! I’m extremely disappointed and sad as this was my baby and I favourite shop I used to shop here at least once a week and at one point more I’m saddened to say I won’t be returning and will be letting the ACCC know so no baby’s are harm in the future
