Our Price Beat Promise to you
With the million and one things you have to worry about, price won’t be one of them. Our Price Beat Promise means that if you find a competitor’s lower price on an identical stocked item (including delivery) we’ll beat it by 5%. Excludes ticketed items less than $50, stock liquidations, goods shipped from overseas and marketplace purchases. Please see our terms and conditions below for more details.

What items does the 5% Price Beat Promise apply to?
Our Price Beat Promise applies to all identical products, including colour, that are:
- Available at Baby Bunting, including products on promotion.
- In stock at our competitors in Australia.
- Ticketed items $50 & over
- Not excluded from Our Price Beat Promise (see below).
What is excluded from Our Price Beat Promise?
- Ticketed items less than $50
- Stock liquidations (i.e. clearance products and/or goods sold by a business placed into administration)
- Baby Bunting Marketplace products that are sold and shipped by our third-party sellers
- We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities
- In assessing a competitor’s price, we disregard any cashback, coupon, or gift card promotions they may be offering
- Competitor “services” (i.e., installations, hire or cleaning)
- Verbal or written quotes from our competitors
- ‘Gift with purchase’ items
- Not available after an item has been purchased at Baby Bunting
- Our Price Beat Promise cannot be used in conjunction with the redemption of Baby Bunting family rewards. Alternatively, the customer may choose to redeem their rewards, but they would not be eligible for our Price Beat Promise
- Competitor bundle/bonus offers will be price-matched only
- Retailer member-only prices (E.g. Amazon or Catch.com.au)
- Products shipped from overseas
- Does not apply to trade and commercial sales
- We will not price beat on an identical product that has been purchased from another Baby Bunting store or Baby Bunting website. We will “match” Baby Bunting pricing offered at another Baby Bunting store (unless the item is clearance). An additional 5% discount is not to be applied
- Secondhand products
- Products offered through fraudulent websites
- Products exclusive to Baby Bunting
