Returns
- When you receive your items please inspect carefully to ensure there is no damage.
- If an item is faulty, we will meet our legal obligation which may include issuing a refund on the purchase price of the goods, or providing a replacement product.
- The item should be returned within 28 days, with proof of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we contact you via the Baby Bunting customer care. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
