Our products are covered under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not provide refunds or exchanges should you change your mind after ordering or receipt of the goods.
If the goods are faulty please contact Baby Bunting Customer Service Team and you can choose either a refund or exchange.
Refund or exchange can occur within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility.
