Elysia was grappling with mastitis and didn't have enough milk for the day. With cafes closed and no feeding rooms available, they were left with a crying baby and no way to feed her as there was no hot water around. A search for baby warmers left Elysia, the founder of Meke Baby, surprised at the lack of innovation in The Australian market.

We take pride in ensuring that any product you receive from Meke Baby is of the highest quality. However, if you receive a warmer that has a fault, we will do our best to provide you with appropriate assistance and repair or replace the product.
To be eligible for a repair, replacement or refund, please ensure you follow the following guidelines:
1.1 Notify us within 14 days of the date of delivery to report any defects, faults or issues. 1.2 Provide us with your Order number and clear photographic evidence that shows the fault in question. 1.3 Please ensure the product is returned in the original packaging 1.4 If the product is deemed faulty, we will replace or repair it at our expense, or provide a refund if required. 1.5 If a fault is found to be as a result of accidental or intended damage, we may not offer you a repair, replacement or refund.
