If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. The return shipping cost will be charged from the refund amount. Beyond 30 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:

• Returns must be requested through Baby Bunting Customer Service team within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
• All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
• The product should be returned in its original packaging—outer cardboard box and Lollipop package.
• Accessories purchases are only eligible for returns in its brand-new original film packaging.

Please note:

• We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If not, all return shipping charges are your responsibility.
• The shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• Your purchase price will be refunded through the original payment method. Money-back returns are limited to one unit per year.
