Methods of use: Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser. Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature. Application to skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes and damaged skin. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying to a large area. If irritation develops, discontinue use.
