Please note that we are not responsible for problems associated with the incorrect use and handling of our EONIAN CARE products. If you believe you have received a defective item, email Baby Bunting Customer Service Team with your order reference, invoice/receipt as well as a photograph and description of the defect. All exchanges and returns instruction will be provided. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.

Exclusions from our Exchanges & Returns Policies:
Items that have been tainted due to misuse/mishandling (subject to our discretion)
Gift with purchase items
Redemption items provided by external entities that are not wholly owned by EONIAN TRADING PTY LTD
Items without accompanying receipt/invoice

EONIAN TRADING PTY LTD reserves the right to reject any exchanges and returns requests that do not meet the requirements set out above. Otherwise, all approved exchanges are on a strict one-to-one basis.

Change of Mind:
If you have changed your mind, we will offer a refund or exchange on most items within 30 days of purchase.

Please make sure the item meets with our Returns Policy and that:
The return is made within 30 days of purchase (or end of January for items purchased in November or December)
Items are unworn or in their original condition
Items are not clearance, reduced to clear or Big & Bulky
Items are not listed as exclusions in our Returns Policy
You have acceptable proof of purchase

Please note that we will not cover the postage for change of mind returns.
