- Wash hands and assemble all pump parts.
- Position the flange over your nipple to create a comfortable seal.
- Turn on the pump and begin in massage mode to stimulate let-down.
- Switch to express mode once milk begins to flow.
- Adjust suction level to suit your comfort.
- Express milk directly into a compatible Tommee Tippee bottle.
- When finished, turn off, disassemble and clean all parts. Sterilise before next use.
