Lie on your side and position the centre section of the pillow along your side body, allowing the front wing to gently support your bump.
Let the back wing rest behind you for added support and to help discourage rolling onto your back.
Adjust the pillow slightly until your hips, bump and lower back feel comfortably supported.
To switch sides, gently roll over and reposition as needed.
Postpartum Use:
While seated, place the pillow across your lap and position baby comfortably on top for feeding support.
To create a more contoured nursing shape, turn the pillow corner to corner and adjust as needed for comfort.
