Ordering and Shipping
Online orders containing gift cards shipped within our normal delivery timeframes.
eVouchers will be emailed to your recipient email address upon completing your order (should be in a matter of minutes). Plus, there’s no delivery fee! If you find your eVoucher hasn't been received, please check your spam folder and/or if sending to a workplace or government email address the company or service provider may be blocking our email. Please contact us with an alternative email address in which we can resend your eVoucher.
Please note gift cards and eVouchers are not able to be purchased online or in-store using Zip, Afterpay, Paypal, other gift cards, eVouchers or store credit notes.
Refunds, Order Cancellations or Modifications
Any refunds, order cancellations or modifications to an order resulting in an adjustment of the amount due to Baby Bunting will be applied to the original gift card within 1 business day.
Using your Gift Card
Gift cards and eVouchers are redeemable in-store or online. To use your gift card online, it must have a unique 17-digit code that is located on the back of the card or, on your top of your eVoucher. Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash.
A gift card or eVoucher can be used for multiple transactions online or in-store until the total amount is fully redeemed. Any remaining amount will be saved automatically in our system and ready for your next purchase. You can also combine different payment methods when purchasing merchandise, which allows you to split payment of your order and use a gift card or eVoucher with credit card to pay the total amount.
Expiration
A Baby Bunting Gift card or eVoucher is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of issue. It must be redeemed in full within the validity period and any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
Lost or Stolen eVouchers
To report a lost or stolen gift card, please contact us or visit any of our stores. Please note, gift cards are to be treated like cash; a defaced, altered, lost or stolen card cannot be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Conditions of Use
A Gift Card and eVoucher is issued by Baby Bunting Pty Ltd ABN (43 128 546 154). Gift cards and eVouchers are to be treated like cash; a defaced, altered, lost or stolen card will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. The card once activated is redeemable for merchandise at Baby Bunting stores in Australia and online. The card is not redeemable for cash and is not a negotiable instrument. Valid until the earlier of 3 years from the date of issue or when no amount remains on the card. The card is partially redeemable, and cash will not be given for any unused amount. Any unused amount after the expiry date of this card will not be refunded or credited.
